The new building "Torre a cona" is located in the settlement of Sutomore, in the Municipality of Bar. It is located directly next to the main road, on a plot of 1,170 m2 and is intended for tourist housing. It consists of a garage in the basement, a ground floor and three floors. The total number of residential units is 12, of which 8 are one-room apartments and 4 are studios.
On each floor there are two one-room apartments, with a similar layout: living room, hallway, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. On the first and second floor there are two studios, contents: living area, kitchen, bathroom and hallway.
